What this service is

Clearestate.ai republishes property transaction records filed with the Maharashtra Department of Registration & Stamps (IGR) and RERA, and presents them in a searchable form with derived figures such as rent schedules and price-per-square-foot. It is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

What it is not

Nothing here is legal, financial, valuation or investment advice. A record on this site is not a title search, not an encumbrance certificate, and not evidence of ownership. Before you transact, obtain certified copies from the registry and take professional advice.

Accuracy

The underlying documents are produced by third parties and can be wrong, incomplete or filed late. We add our own processing on top — parsing Marathi and English deed text, deriving areas and rents — and that processing can also be wrong. We make no warranty that any figure on this site is accurate, current or complete.

Where our reading of a document is uncertain, we try to show it rather than hide it. Where you find an error, tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will correct it.

Your account and free reveals

Sign-in is by Google account, or by email and password for accounts we set up. When you first sign in you get five free credits, once; they do not refill. Opening a full record uses one credit for a residential record and three for a shop or office. Once the free credits are used, further records are opened with paid credits. We may change the number of free credits.

Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Paid credits

You may buy more credits: 3 credits for ₹199, GST included, spent after your free sign-up credits and valid for 12 months from purchase. Payment is taken by Razorpay; we never receive your card or UPI details. Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are not refundable except as our refund and cancellation policy sets out. Every purchase comes with a GST tax invoice on your account page. Prices are stated on the pricing page and may change; a change never affects credits already bought.

What you may and may not do

You may use the site to research properties, for yourself or for your work.

You may not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the site, or work around the reveal allowance;
• republish or resell substantial parts of the data as your own product;
• use it to harass, profile or target the individuals named in registry records;
• attempt to breach, overload or probe the service.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published here — including any decision to buy, sell or lease.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [JURISDICTION SEAT] have exclusive jurisdiction.
