This page describes how Clearestate.ai handles personal data. It is written to match what the service actually does; if you find a discrepancy, treat it as a bug and tell us.
Who we are
Clearestate.ai is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For any privacy question or request, write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
When you sign in with Google (or with an email and password we set up for you), we receive and store:
- your email address, display name and Google account identifier;
- your profile photo URL, if your Google account has one.
We do not ask for, and Google does not give us, your password. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see your Google credentials.
While you use the site we also record:
- which records you open. Viewing a full registry record uses one of your free reveals, so we keep a count and a list of what you opened — that is how your allowance and your account history work;
- ordinary server logs — IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent — kept for security and debugging;
- what you buy. When you purchase credits we keep the amount, the GST split, Razorpay’s order and payment identifiers and the invoice number, so that your balance and your receipts work. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never reach us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
- We never see or store card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles the payment.
- We do not email you marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies
We set one cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is HTTP-only and sent only to this site. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Clearing it signs you out.
Registry data is not your personal data
The sale, lease and project records on this site come from public filings published by the Maharashtra Department of Registration & Stamps (IGR) and RERA. Those documents name the parties to each transaction. We reproduce what the public register states; we do not add information about those parties from any other source, and we do not link registry records to site accounts.
If you are named in a registry record and believe its publication here causes you harm, write to [GRIEVANCE CONTACT EMAIL] and we will review it.
Who else processes your data
- Google / Firebase — sign-in, and the map tiles the site renders.
- Google Cloud (Mumbai region) — hosting and the database. Your data stays in India.
- Razorpay — payment processing when you buy credits. Razorpay receives your payment details and the email and name on your account; its own privacy policy governs what it keeps.
We use no other processors.
How long we keep it
Account data lasts as long as your account does. Ask us to delete it and we remove your account, your reveal history and your session — the underlying public registry records remain, because they are not ours to delete. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. Signing out ends your session immediately.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, say so on the site.
