Every price on Clearestate.ai is stated in Indian rupees and includes GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details.

Free when you sign up

Sign in and open 5 registered records, free. A residential record costs one credit; a shop or office costs three. They are yours once — the allowance does not refill. Re-opening a record you have already opened never costs a credit.

Need more?

3 credits for ₹199, GST included (₹168.64 + 18% GST). Purchased credits are spent only after your five free ones, and they stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Buy them from the credits sheet — the credits pill or the cart in the header, or the sheet that opens when the free allowance runs out.

Every purchase comes with a GST tax invoice, available from your account page.

Refunds

Credits are a digital service delivered instantly, so purchases are not refundable. See the refund and cancellation policy.
